Sign up to run for Women’s Aid

Every year, we purchase a limited amount of places in some of the most in demand races around the country – by signing up today, you’ll be joining a community of Women’s Aid runners taking on the challenge together!

We will be there to help through every stage of your fundraising journey, from providing tips to boost donations, recommending training resources, to finally cheering you on from the side lines on race day! We are so grateful to see our dedicated supporters represent #TeamWomensAid, supporting survivors by raising much-needed funds and awareness.

We’ve got you covered! 

By taking on one of these runs, you will still be representing #TeamWomensAid on race day! We will provide you with resources, merchandise, top tips and tricks, and we’ll post you cheer sticks ahead of the run so your loved ones can cheer you on from the side lines! Although we won't be able to attend on the day itself, we will be there throughout your fundraising journey to help in anyway we can. 

Paris Marathon

When: 7th April 2024
Where: Arc de Triomphe, Paris 75008

One of the biggest marathons in the world and perfectly combines a personal challenge with the chance to discover one of the world’s greatest cities.

Leeds Half Marathon

When: 12th May 2024
Where: Leeds LS1 2QS

The Leeds Half Marathon is Yorkshire’s biggest and probably loudest event of its kind. The much-loved run raises hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity and often attracts more than 7,500 runners.

Leeds Marathon

When: 12th May 2024
Where: Leeds LS1 2QS

The Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon will see 7,777 participants take on a brand new route through Leeds taking in some of Leeds’ most scenic countryside and outer suburbs. 

Hackney Half

When: 19th May 2024
Where: Homerton Rd, London E9 5PF

Hackney Moves is the highlight of London’s running calendar. This is an unforgettable weekend of movement, sport and entertainment.

Leeds 10k

When: 23rd June 2024
Where: The Parkinson Building, Woodhouse,  LS2 9HB

The Asda Foundation Leeds 10k captures the can-do, inspirational spirit of its founder. Throughout the route that takes in many of the city’s historic landmarks, crowds come out in force. 

ASICS London 10k

When: 14th July 2024
Where: 101 Piccadilly, W1J 7JT

Dash past iconic central London sights Big Ben, the London Eye and the River Thames in a 10K race to remember on Sunday 14th July 2024.

Robin Hood Half Marathon

When: 29th Sept 2024
Where: Nottingham

A picturesque route taking you along Victoria Embankment, River Trent, Nottingham Castle, Robin Hood statue, The Park and Wollaton Park. Finishing on Victoria Embankment Recreation ground next to the River Trent.

Amsterdam Marathon

When: 20th Oct 2024
Where: Olympic Stadium

Join over 47,000 runners from over 140 countries for this unique city marathon! The event begins and finishes in the Olympic Stadium and provides a scenic course that is flat and fast-paced.

Royal Parks Half Marathon

When: 13th October 2024 
Where: Hyde Park – Kensington Gardens.

The stunning 13.1-mile route takes in many of the capital’s world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London’s eight Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens

Manchester Half Marathon

When: 13th October 2024
Where: Old Trafford

This inaugural half marathon sees runners take on generous, closed roads across the towns of Old Trafford, Stretford & Brooklands.

When you put on your running shoes for Women’s Aid, you’re joining a nationwide movement of runners dedicated to ending violence against women. Knowing that you are raising money for others can help motivate you through challenging training.
