Festival of Women’s Aid

The Women’s Aid annual National Conference is a landmark national event looking at how we can #EndAbuseTogether – uniting our federation of member organisations with a wide range of leading voices from the domestic abuse sector and beyond.  

This year marks 50 years since the Women’s Aid Federation in England was founded, officially making this our golden anniversary. While there’s been a lot of positive change since 1974, the reality for countless women today is still far from golden and we will not stop until women and children are safe from domestic abuse. 

This year’s event will see Women’s Aid staff, members, expert speakers and survivors coming together to mark a year of action, with a range of key notes, panels and workshops committed to building an inclusive federation as we work towards a future where no woman or child experiences domestic abuse.
