Conferences Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellations must be made in writing and, in the case of a chargeable event, will be subject to a 20% administration charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 21 days prior to the event date
2. Substitute delegates will be accepted up to three working days before the event but must be made in writing
3. Women’s Aid reserves the right to refuse admission to all Women’s Aid events
4. Women’s Aid reserves the right to change the venue and speakers at any time without prior notice
5. Women’s Aid reserves the right to cancel the event
