Violence against women and girls is an epidemic in our society, and domestic abuse is a national threat – these crimes must be treated as national priorities. Women’s Aid is calling for 2024 to be a year for action, to not only raise awareness, but ensure that these crimes are no longer tolerated by society, and that we see the action that survivors and specialist services need to end violence against women and girls for good.
Women’s Aid’s public policy conferences showcase best practice, influence thinking and provide key figures with an important platform for discussing key commitments and actions to tackle domestic abuse and other forms of violence against women and girls.
