The course will address and dispel the myths surrounding CPV as well as explore approaches to working with parents who are experiencing CPV. All attendees will gain practical tips & tools that are necessary in supporting parents who are experiencing Child to Parent Violence.

Cathy is a MBACP Snr. Accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor working in private practice, specializing in domestic and sexual violence & trauma related issues for over 20 years, having spent many years working as Clinical Lead/Service Manager for several Women’s Aid organisations across East Anglia.
Cathy regularly runs facilitator training across the UK for the Freedom Programme; Who’s in Charge? Programme (Child to Parent Violence & Abuse); Stronger Families Programme (Recovery after DA for mothers & children) and the Escape the Trap programme (Teenage Relationship Abuse) which Cathy developed in 2013.
