Women’s Aid Federation of England, in partnership with Welsh Women’s Aid and our local partners are looking for community members to join our ask me scheme and create communities against domestic abuse.

Anyone can sign up to be an ask me ambassador; whatever your background, gender or level of knowledge of domestic abuse, we need your support.

There are two options for signing up to become an ask me ambassador:

  • You might be an individual who has great reach into your local community or
  • You might be part of a business, signing up on behalf of your site

The training worth 12 CPD points with different days and dates available.

After the training, the time commitment is as much or as little as you can. Learning about domestic abuse is a life skill and after the training you may become more aware of abuse in your community. All we ask is for ambassadors to fill in a brief form each month to let us know what you’ve been up to.

Please see our information pack for further information

If you have a connection to one of the current areas we’re working in (Surrey, Sunderland, Nottingham, Powys or Waltham Forest), either living, working or involved with a community group and would like to join the scheme, please complete the form below. If you can’t see the form please email us at [email protected]
