#TeamWomensAid are taking on the capital! 

Our charity runners are raising life-saving funds and awareness of domestic abuse in one of the biggest marathons in the world.

50,000 runners will take on the capital city in the world-famous 26.2 mile route. There’s no better finish line feeling than completing the London Marathon.

Applications for a Women’s Aid charity places in the London Marathon 2025 have now closed. If you’d like to be placed on our waiting list, please get in touch with the fundraising team at fundraising@womensaid.org.uk

Already have a place?  

You may have already secured a place in the general ballot which you paid for yourself. We would love you to use it to support Women’s Aid! There’s no sponsorship target attached. Simply get in touch with us at fundraising@womensaid.org.uk and we’ll send you all the resources you need to kick-start your fundraising.

A dedicated member of our team will be on-hand to offer you:  

  • Friendly advice and tailored support.  
  • A Women’s Aid running pack to help promote your fundraising.  
  • An iconic Women’s Aid vest to wear on race-day*.  
  • A cheer squad on race day. 
  • Information on what your funds can do for our life-saving services.  

*To ensure that we’re able to keep funding our resources, we’ll send you a running vest once you’ve received that all-important first donation. 

Why fundraise for Women’s Aid?  

1 in 4 women experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. The funds you raise for Women’s Aid will ensure that women and children are able to access support via our life-saving services.
