Following on from the success of these webinars we are really thrilled to be able to run another set a e new year .This training consists of 3 webinars that will help you understand The Destitute Domestic Violence Concession, the Domestic Violence Rule and how to support survivors in accessing benefits after they have applied for leave to remain under the DDVC.
You must attend all three sessions – they are not stand alone courses.
The webinars will be delivered by Radha Ruskin- Radha is an Accredited Senior Immigration and Asylum Adviser with extensive experience of working with refugee, asylum seeking and migrant survivors of DA and gender-based violence, including FGM, forced marriage and sex trafficking.

20th January 2021: 10:30 – 11:30 – Section 3C Leave and the case of Kerr (benefit issues)
27th January 2021: 10:30 – 1pm – The Domestic Abuse Rule
