Supporting survivors to navigate the Destitute Domestic Violence Concession and the Domestic Abuse Rule
This training is free to our members and £75 per person for non members.
We are pleased to be running a series of 3 webinars that will help you understand The Destitute Domestic Violence Concession, the Domestic Violence Rule and how to support survivors in accessing benefits after they have applied for leave to remain under the DDVC.
You must attend all three sessions – they are not stand alone courses.
The webinars will be delivered by Radha Ruskin- Radha is an Accredited Senior Immigration and Asylum Adviser with extensive experience of working with refugee, asylum seeking and migrant survivors of DA and gender-based violence, including FGM, forced marriage and sex trafficking.

16 September: 10:30 – 12:30 – The Domestic Abuse Rule
4 November: 10:30 – 12:00 – DDVC
11 November: 10:30 – 11:30 – Section 3C Leave and the case of Kerr (benefit issues)
18 November: 10:30 – 12:30 – The Domestic Abuse Rule
