Have moved into the spare room

I moved into the spare room last night after a horrendous day of his mind games. Now I'm wide awake and can't sleep bu t no way am I going back in with him

Just wanted to say well done for doing something about it. These horrible mind games are the worst, sometimes wish I had a spare room to go to sofa will have to do! Hope your OK now?
