there are many types of strengths. The physical kind which can be used to lift a piano or throw a woman against the radiator. The mental kind that is not afraid to fight injustice and stand up for one's principles. You have shown your mental strength by actually opening up and speaking up against the injustice that is happening in your life, by actually getting up each time youre knocked down and then keeping going! And not toforget the emotional strength to acknowledge the hurt we feel and know how to deal with it.
Survivors like us have the strength of ourmoral fibre; that is why you, Beau are strong. Do not give up on yourself.

Thats how I feel today too and just had another visit from the incmpetant police.
We will get through this with everyones support on here.

Sometimes it's hard when your so unsupported as I am

I get very hurt by my sisters attitudes towards me
They can be so similar to his
It brings back all thd pain and hurt
The feelings that I am worthless, a nutter, all the things he used to say I was
Because they say the same
I'm trying very hard to harden myself to the way they treat me
But it's hard, because I feel disloyal
I'm learning though and one day il get there
