Has anyone else done this?
I have just reported to mine the message my ex had passed on to me via the idiot working for the csa
She says she will inform his probation officer and I should complain about the csa
I will
Im disgusted that I specidically told this guy personal ins and outs and still he went on to pass messages from my ex!
Unbelievable!
Ex has been thrown off IDAP twice already so will this mean he gets off without having to complete it?
He hasnt changed one but anyway!
It will show the court just how bothered he is about the boys, he only managed to stay employed for about 2 months, gets thrown off IDAP, then found in breech for not turning up now this
Oh well give the fool enough rope . . .

Hi Beau, the WO from idap came to see me the other week, to get my feelings regarding my ex creep. Sat down n had a big chat about all his breaches on the orders he has, the residency order, the RO order, his moving bk to live near me, his attitude to the idap etc.
It has now been decided by all the agencies trying to work with this a****le, that he will be going bk to appear in crown court soon n recommended to be sent to prison as he will not cooperate with anyone.
Il keep u posted on that one.
All I can say is WOs take this stuff seriously and ur ex will probably go down the same route mine did n get locked up again. There are only so many times u can take the p**s out of these agencies before u have to take the concequences.
Let's hope they act soon n u get some peace. I'm hoping for a quiet few months too!!
Much love TC. XXX
Ps on ur other post u asked about moving again. I'd say not as u r feeling more settled n don't let him keep on ruling ur lives. He's the one that needs to move....straight bk to prison !!! He can take mine with him for company lol. XXX

They'd be BFF
Scary thought!
Yeah I think you're right let him keep doing what he's doing he'll find out the hard way again!
I might stay here going to just take my time to make the decision
Thanks for the kind words
Lots a love
Beau

Told me to report the breech to police again as csu haven't been in touch
So I have
And she has informed probation again
I'm so fed up with this nonsense
I hate dealing with the police
But prevention is better than cure hey?
Passing messages through csa Ffs!

The police, if they're are anything like the ones I have, will probably say it is not a breach of RO as ur ex couldn't have known csa would pass on this msg.
Mine has breached indirect contact so many times n nothing. Still its reported and logged by them so at least u are shown to be doing the right thing.
Mini Grrr its so maddening but keep fighting and reporting any little thing as I have done n just maybe u will see some appropriate action taken against him.
It's taken me 6 months and I'm hoping this next court appearance sees him removed to prison n then to a hostel out of my area.
If it does I shall have a small but well earned celebration!!
Small victories but each one counts lol. I hope u can hav a small victory celebration soon too. It sounds silly but for me now it really is a tactical war...and I don't intend to lose it, I promised myself and all the other women he'd abused over the years that I wouldn't stop fighting until he had served his time in prison and was labelled a wife beating b*****d.
By the time iv finished with him he'll b lucky to find a prostitute willing to touch him, let alone any other woman...phew !! Rant over!!
Love TC XXX
