How much will this help??
Hello. I wrote a bit on here recently about my 1st court hearing, that's very soon. My children's school have been telling me recently that since I've stopped contact with their dad, they have seen big improvements in my children's learning, concerntration and confidence. I then asked them to write a letter supporting this. The letter they've wrote has some "umph!" they say how they have noticed that the kids seem happier, more concentrated and willing to work, much more confident etc. and that the only thing that has changed in the last few weeks has been that contact has stopped and they can't see any other reason for these changes. That they could before tell when they had seen the their dad and when they hadn't as they were always reluctant to work and were irritable and in bad moods etc. This is all true and I can see a difference in them myself. They just seem more settled in life, happier and confident.
What I was wondering is... How much impact will this letter have in court as a means of showing the damaging effect their dad has with contact and improvement without?
I know in an idea world is should but we know how these things fall on deaths ears.
Thank you ladies x x

Hello
I don't know how much it will help, but every piece of evidence is important. Being from the school must have some impact I think. Good luck with it. It is really nice to know that your children are feeling better and more settle at school. Best wishes.
