Support for Victims with No Recourse to Public Funds Pilot (NRPF) Project 08.01.10

UPDATED: Sojourner Project extended to August 2010

The Government is providing funding for specialist domestic violence services to support domestic violence victims on spousal visas who are eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain. The Home Office are promoting this pilot scheme and have extended it until August 2010. If you want to apply to the scheme contact The Sojourner Project at Eaves Housing who are administering the scheme.

Monitoring the pilot
This pilot is UK wide and the Women's Aid Federation is monitoring the pilot in England, Scotland and Wales. We need feedback from local services about your experience of the pilot in order to review the effectiveness of the pilot and request that you use the NRPF Pilot Monitoring Form that we have devised for this. If you require further information about monitoring of the project please contact: Deborah McIlveen.
